Our team of sales and support staff work 7 days a week and can be reached 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. We offer weekend support but it might be a little slower.
We offer several ways to connect with our support group....some faster than others. I know most think the toll free number is the best. Not really....everyone thinks that and so its the most busy. Here are my favorites in order.
1 - Email. I know what your thinking, email is the slowest. Not true. We respond to your emails and we even have handhelds so when we are out to lunch we can receive your emails and respond back to you fast. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2 - Online Chat. Located at the bottom left side of this page. The online chat team CLAIMS they are the best and hardly anyone uses them. All they do is play games ...so lets change that. The benefit is it works from anywhere and most sales and tech questions can be answered in less than 2 minutes.
3 - Phone support. Reach us by phone USA and Canada 877-400-6780, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday. Cell Phone Customers call 801-318-0126. All cell calls are free. If we do not answer PLEASE leave us your name, product, brief outline of the problem and your phone number.
4 - Skype..the best kept secret. Contact us by Skype anywhere in the world and it
costs you nothing. Isn't technology great!
